Repair Department Information :

All repairs come with a 6 Month Warranty.
** As of 12/15/08, there will be a mandatory $30 tech bench fee for all repairs to diagnose problems.

Terminal & Keyboard Repair* :
Mono terminals : $69.00 Flat Rate
Color Terminals : $125.00 Flat Rate
Board Only : $45.00 Flat Rate
Keyboard : $25.00 Flat Rate
*The above flat rate pricing includes all parts and labor (which includes CRT rejuvenation, focus and screen alignment). The flat rate pricing excludes the flyback transformer and replacing the CRT.
Dot-Matrix Printer Repair :
Large Dot-Matrix Printers(DFX,395, 3410, etc.) : $175.00 Flat Rate + Parts Cost
All other Dot-Matrix Printers : $69.00 Flat Rate (excludes printhead replacement)
Laser Printer Repair :
Monochrome Laser Printer : $69.00/hr. + Parts Cost
Color Laser Printer : $99.00/hr. + Parts Cost

Digital Sender Repair :



HP 9100C : $175 + Parts Cost

HP 9200C : $275 + Parts Cost

Our turnaround time is usually 3 days or less (exeptions would be parts on back order). Please call or email us prior to sending in equipment to get an RMA number and confirm repair procedures. Write this number on the box as well as 'Attn: Repair Department.' When packing laser printers, please wrap toner in a plastic bag and secure outside printer. Include a detailed description of the error or problem you are having with your equipment and your contact information.
