Laser printer
process: Each printer is
disassembled, blown free of toner, dust and debris and inspected. The laser
scanner is cleaned and the fuser assembly is refurbished by cleaning,
relubricating and replacing the fuser film when neccessary. The pickup rollers,
feed rollers and separation pads are replaced with new ones and then paper path
tests are performed on all sources. The network card is then tested and updated
to the latest firmware version. The formatter board is also updated to the
latest version when applicable. The outside of the printer is cleaned and
finally professionally boxed with bubble wrap.

Terminal
reconditioning process:
Each terminal is reconditioned and tested at board level. We test the
capicitors, resistors, flybacks and all critical components. They are
replaced as necessary and the board solder is reflowed to avoid cracked joints.
We then make sure the tube is bright, aligned and focused. Tubes are replaced
when our rejeuve process doesn't pass quality control. The terminal is then
reassembled, tested throughly and cleaned to look like-new. We then package the
unit professionally with bubble wrap. | |
